HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope you all had a wonderful start to 2015 I was in bed by 9pm awaiting the call to attend a client in labour. It's interesting how our values change as we get older as to this particular night, I do think there is alot of pressure placed on having an amazing time which then seems to be followed by nursing a hangover for the start of the year! I spent the day helping a couple welcome their baby into this world which is always pretty special.
I've never really been big on New Year Resolutions but I do want to set some goals and spend some time looking at what it is I want to achieve this year. I have goals for my business and also personal goals, I know I definately want to find more balance with work and time for me, which is why I guess I was drawn to this list in the photo and taking the time to write my own.
Have you written a short list of things you want to achieve this year? Why not spend sometime over the next few days thinking about what it is you would like to manisfest for 2015. It can be as simple as spending more time at the beach to planning an exotic holiday or changing careers, If you dont spend the time planning your life someone else will plan it for you and before you know it you will be living out someone elses dreams.
Whatever we place our attention on is where our energy flows, so take the time to check in and see where you are investing your energy and ask if it is moving you closer to your goals?
I wish you all a year of experiences that help you to grow and tranform into the person you are to be. Be open to accepting the moments of support and challenge from the universe as it is in the challenges that we evolve and move forward.
Who ever questioned their life or who they wanted to be when they won a million bucks or had success, use the struggle and the challenges to question and figure out the lesson for that is the true lotto.
