By exploring your thoughts and feelings, together we will journey through a conscious pregnancy for you AND your baby.

One-to-one coaching sessions can be done in Sydney, Australia or anywhere in the world via Zoom.

Included 

This 4 hour (2 x 2 hr sessions) private program is designed to empower women/couples on their birthing journeys. With a strong emphasis on addressing how our thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and mindset affect the pregnancy and birthing journey.  

 

These private sessions are designed for women/couples wanting to learn the skills, tools and knowledge to apply on the day of labour and birth.  

 

This course will help you embrace new knowledge, embody new skills and emerge a stronger more powerful you ready for entering your labour with a strong positive mindset and helping your birth partner feel more confident in their role on the day.
